my mission
At Sacred Roots Wellness, I believe that the root of disease and wellness is energetic and spiritually based. My mission is to help you restore your health to live the life you are meant to live! I believe that we aren’t meant to live sick, tired, lost, or confused. The body has the ability to heal itself; it just needs to remember how.
About me
My home and heart is in Western Oklahoma but I love to see and explore new spaces! My journey into wellness started about 14 years ago when my youngest daughter was having some health issues and I was looking under every nook and cranny for answers. The doctors kept prescribing medicines and creams but nothing helped! I felt defeated. I turned to a naturopath that I found in OKC and was able to help her body heal through what she was eating.
But it wasn’t until 3 years later when I was going through a divorce that I truly heard the voice of nature. I traveled alone for the first time in my life to Western Arkansas where I met the most gorgeous landscapes and waterfalls. I immersed myself into nature and that’s where I found healing and a connection to what I consider to be God. All the elements – water, earth, air, fire and ether visited me and I discovered how connected we are to everything in this universe: the plants, the animals, the trees, water, celestial bodies and things we cannot see with our eyes.
Since then, I began a lifelong quest to learn and discover healing that comes from connecting within and without. What started out as learning to heal myself and my daughter turned into something that I feel passionately about sharing with others! In 2025 I was accepted into the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Arizona where I could further my knowledge in helping myself and others through Spirit Coaching, Earth Ceremonies, Herbs, and Yoga Nidra.
Services
Spirit Coaching
In a spirit coaching session we explore together where you need clarity or direction. I help guide and connect you with your inner knowing. Every answer you seek is already inside you. There are times where we as humans can get disconnected from our spirit selves and therefore have a difficult time hearing what it is telling us. I am here to guide you and teach you how to listen to that inner voice so you can regain your power, restore clarity and get any answers you seek about your life. Often times those answers are hidden in places you don’t see and you just need a safe, outside and unbiased space to navigate to it.

I also offer oracle readings either in a coaching session or as the coaching session.
Earth Ceremonies
We are born to this Earth and inhabit this Earth. With the constant distractions we lose sight of the magic that is all around us – all the time. An Earth ceremony helps to restore that balance and connects you with the Earth and spirit realm. Each ceremony has a different theme with rituals and activities. This can be individually personalized or shared with a group.

Energetic Healing
This non-contact, non-invasive technique scans your body for energy imbalances and moves that energy so your body, mind and spirit can restore itself. We work together through meditations, breath work and deep questions to determine where your blocks are and how to restore alignment to the body, mind, and spirit so that you can live happy and healthy!

Yoga Nidra
Wellness is activated through rest. Yoga Nidra is a meditative, yogic rest that’s been around for thousands of years. Through the process of Yoga Nidra, you are guided to a restful state of being so that your spirit can activate and restore wellness in the mind and body.
