Welcome, your trust is sacred here. This policy explains in plain language how I handle your information.

*1. What Information I Collect*  

When you reach out, book a session, or visit this site, I may receive:  

– *Contact info*: Name, email, phone number you provide  

– *Intake responses*: Information you choose to share about your health, spirit, and intentions so I can tend to you well  

– *Payment confirmation*: A receipt from CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, or my card processor that payment was made. I do not receive or see your full credit card number, bank details, or account logins.

– *Website data*: Basic, anonymous info about how visitors use this site, collected through analytics tools see Section 4

*2. How I Use Your Information*  

Your information is used only to:  

– Communicate with you and schedule sessions  

– Prepare for and hold space during our work together  

– Send you follow-up resources you request  

– Understand how this website is used so I can make it more helpful  

– Comply with law if required very rare, such as a court order

*3. What I Don’t Do With Your Information*  

– *I do not store client records electronically* after our work is complete. Paper intake forms are kept in a locked file and shredded when no longer needed for your care.  

– *I do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing or any other purpose.  

– *I do not use ads or retargeting that track you across the internet.

*4. Website Analytics*  

Like most websites, I use *Google Analytics* to understand how visitors find and use Sacred Roots Wellness. This helps me tend to this online sanctuary better.  

Google Analytics collects:  

– Pages you visit and how long you stay  

– General location city-level, not your address

– Type of device/browser you use  

– How you found the site Google search, Instagram link, etc.

This data is *aggregated and anonymous* — it doesn’t tell me who you are personally. Google may use cookies to do this. You can opt out by using Google’s [Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on] or adjusting your browser settings to refuse cookies.

*5. Payments*  

Payments are processed through trusted outside providers: cash, CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal. When you pay through those apps, their privacy policies apply. I only receive confirmation that payment was sent and the name on the account. I never see your financial account numbers, and I don’t keep copies of receipts with sensitive data.

*6. Your Choices & Rights*  

– You may skip any intake question that doesn’t feel safe.  

– You may request that I shred your paper intake form at any time.  

– You may ask what information I have from you, and I will tell you honestly.  

– You may browse this site with cookies disabled. The site will still work.
